Hi there, I’m Zandra
I’m a trained Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping practitioner with a psychology degree and counselling qualifications behind me, ready to support you to heal from your experience of pregnancy and/or birth.
I’ve been using EFT Tapping personally since about 2008 and trained as a practitioner in 2017.
I have worked with women across hundreds of hours, resolving trauma alongside them, supporting them to reconnect with their bodies and their babies, to feel grounded, calm and strong.
I am a fervant believer in women and their innate strength. In your capability to process, release and to find a better way.
Before my EFT training, I had done a psychology degree and counselling training – our minds fascinate me – and worked in government as a policy and strategy advisor.
I work in a trauma sensitive way and am also certified in using Flash Technique and as a Mama Rising facilitator.

I live in Brighton, UK with my husband and two primary school-aged girls.
I love living by the sea and the space it offers…
I used EFT Tapping as part of my birth prep with both of my girls and it was a key part of my debriefing and reconnection with myself afterwards also.
The motherhood studies I have done since my babies have come into my life have enabled me to support myself – and others – in a much more understanding way, from a place of deep compassion – which we need, as this gig can be tough!
I understand that you are a whole person with a whole heap of experiences behind you. I appreciate how these experiences will have informed and shaped who you are today and we weave this into our work when relevant.
It's all about you. I will get out of the way, and support you to get out of your own way also. I may share some of my own experiences, but only in support of what you are looking for in that moment.
